Actually there has been already in existence for several years Allan Jackson's full size Arrow replica, built in Wetaskwin, Alberta and used in the Arrow film several years ago that starred Dan Akroyd. Here's a pic and a link to an article about it. I've seen the replica, pretty convincing to stand next to it, and underneath it.
