Not strickly warbirds, but I have been reading Carriers Air Power at Sea magazine from Key Publishing..
It covers all aspects of carriers since WW1. Anyway it says about HMAS Melbourne of the Australian Navy.
"Among the HMAS Melbourne's less impressive claims to fame is that the fact that she sank TWO destroyers in separate ramming incidents: HMAS Voyager on Feb 10th 1964 (82 killed) and USS Frank E Evans on 2nd June 1969 (74 Killed)"
