Grumman Cougar in Tonawanda, New York?

I'm trying to confirm a Grumman Cougar that I recall seeing in a park in Tonawanda (North Tonawanda?) New York, circa 1993.
I went back to try and find it recently, but I only vaguely recall where it was. The aircraft may have moved, or it may be that I was just looking in the wrong place.
Can anyone give me any information about this?
