I know Lancaster KB889 went to England after being stored outside for a few years at Oshawa airport. The engines went to the CWH before it was exported.
The Lightning flew with bradley Air Service out of Carp before going to the museum. Peter Sherman was killed in the aircraft in 1978. Not sure if the airframe still exists?
