Ryan, I have often thought about going, but never have. How about detailed a report on your return to make me mark it on my calander for next year? I love Stearmans, and for the life of me can't figure out why I have yet to make the journey. As far as your other comment... So true! I work full-time as an Aircraft Mechanic (commuter), I spend my free time helping keep a TBM flying, going to airshows and visiting museums and restoration shops (and taking WAY too many photos), and when I'm at home 'relaxing,' it's usually while watching aviation shows or movies on the television, writing articles for aviation magazines, reading books and magazines on the subject, researching this stuff on the web... or building models of them! Thank GOD I have such an understanding wife!!! Have fun at Galesburg! Jim
