"Fast Movers" by John Sherwood (ISBN 0-312-97962-2 for my paperback version) has a chapter on Olds, although it concentrates on his service with the 8th TFW in Vietnam.

I heard BGen. Old speak about 5 years ago. Suffice to say, he's as good a speaker as he was a combat leader. Three hours was not long enough ....
