Tony,
You have better information on the 4th airfram than I do. I don't know the identity of the airframe. Bruce MacRitchie is heading up the restoration as with all the other CWH Cornells. Bruce MacRitchie was previously involved with Fleet Industries and I would imagine this is why so many Cornell's have been restored.
