Wahpeton, ND, help needed.

I am planning a short, one day trip to Wahpeton, ND in order to see the progress on the ex-Uruguayan P-51 being rebuilt there, now in RCAF markings.
I don't know anyone there, and I would appreciate it if anyone could put me in touch with a person who could grant me access to the hangar/workshop. I want maybe to shoot a few pix of the airplane, ask a few questions, but nothing else. There is no business purpose behind my trip or my quest for information.
