The Goblin and Ghost had only one single compressorwheel.
The air comes in in the middle of the wheel via the air intake(s) and then the air travels to the tips of the wheel and direct into the combustion chamber.
After ignition the air/exhausts passes via the exhaust turbine, which is mounted on the same shaft as the compressor wheel and then passes out of the tailcone.
Simple and reliable.....
