Here's what little I know. It's been moved around the airport quite a bit over the years, but it hasn't flown in years (I don't know how many). The owner passed on about 15 - 20 years ago, but his family refuses to sell. I talked to the person who maintains it about 10 years ago. At that time, he was being paid to keep it looking respectable (not derelict), but not necessarily running. I believe they replaced the canopy in the late 90's since the one on there was so badly cracked. Unfortunately, I don't know that it will ever be on the market :-( I put in an offer around '95 but was promptly turned down. I wasn't qualified to fly it, but I know people who could restore it to flying condition as well as fly it, so it would have had a good home. Since I'm no longer in that area, it's nice to know it's still around.
