B-25 in Anoka.

On Sunday, I went to the Anoka-Blaine airport in MN. I saw a B-25, overall highly polished aluminum, inside a hangar. When I asked for permission to shoot a picture, I was denied permission.
I could not make any markings from my location, and I wonder if anyone knows anything about this Mitchell. Is it one of the Harker's B-25s?
