Ex-CAF Musketeer at Brockville Ontario

There is an ex-CAF Beech Musketeer sitting alongside Highway 2, near Lyn Road, a few kilometers west of Brockville, Ontario. It is painted yellow all over with no markings but there is a hint of red on the bottom of the wing tips. Does anyone know its serial number, who owns it or where it came from?
