I had the privilege of being in a similar situation a couple of years ago when MH434, flown by Mark Hanna performed an apreciative 'low approach and go around' for local flying club members (after being hosted by them for a local transport museum show)
Numerous members threw themselves to the ground as he passed directly over us at a similar altitude (we were in a PA28 at the club hold at the time - sure rocked the wings as he went straight over!!) After his display he kindly agreed to formate upon us over the highlands of Scotland on a beautiful puffy clouded summer afternoon.......Ahhhh memories. I have the whole sequence on video and film.
