Well I've got some knowledge of preserved Axis turrets, there are:

Photos of two different types of Blenheim turrets can be found on my website in the Finnish relic section. One which is unused.

Photo of a Fw 189 tail cone turret is in the Focke-Wulf relic section.

Photo of a BV 138 HDL 151 Turret in the Blohm & Voss relic section.

Photo of Do 24 Turret in the Dornier relic section.

Photos of two different types of He 111 nose turrets in the - well I guess you got hang of the system :-), yes, in the Heinkel Relic section. They can be seen together with a photo of a He 177 rear turret in the same section.
