First Rob since I'm a crass Mainer then its OK for me to use a foul mouth.

I have been to PNG a number of times and trying to deal with the F**k**G goverment officials is like having your teeth pulled. They will tell you one thing and then just to make life fun they will say well we need you to fill out more paperwork or the paperwork is'nt right or some other lame responce.

I say the hell with local goverment if they feel like selling it for scrap then lets go in as scrap dealers and beat them at their own game or better yet buy the local scrap dealers and take what we want. Its the Americain way if you can'nt beat them one way do it the other.

As far as I can tell their is know local law about scrap dealer ownership. Hows that sound screw the goverment. Or we can just go in and take the stuff.

Or Plan B get the USA and England to force the UN to step in and inforce their so call Historical Preservation Act. (OPPS what A'm I thinking the UN doing anything right).

Or Plan C get the above Govs. to stop all $$$$ going to the PNG goverment.

I rather deal with getting stuff out of North Korea or China, Russia and day of the year atleast you have a fighting chance.

Thats my Bloody Hell opion put it in your pipe and smoke it.
