I'm from Dicks home town and have been flying with him for several years now. Ever since he installed the machine guns I have noticed the whistling...so thats my only guess. Havent heard anything about the left main gear. I will be at the hangar next weekend to get it ready for Oshkosh and can ask him about it then.
