Some good news for a change....

After the recent tragedies we have suffered, I'm glad to finally announce something positive for a change. I've just heard from Mike Schnieder and Mint Moore that Bob Odegaard has arrived at Dayton with his F2G Super Corsair! You may recall it had been stranded at Oshkosh following an engine failure at Air Venture last year. After some burning of the midnight oil (they were buttoning it up for runs at 2:00 AM Friday morning), and a test hop to make sure everything was 'cool,' he had a trouble free flight down to Dayton for the show Friday afternoon. This is great news, and of course it means that it will now be able to make it to the YAF show at Willow Run now after all! I'm SO happy!!! Jim
