Just being the scam target that I am, I went to my bank today -yes, it is open Sundays, just for the purposes of this message- and got the 30k for the mineral rights. I thought about buying twice the mineral rights, but decided to be cautious at first. Only one mine for me, thank you very much.

Nauru? Is there still such a place? I thought they were mining the hell out of it, and by now, it should have disappeared!
