Scrap yard in PNG

A while back on a business trip to Brisbane, Australia, i heard of a scrapmetal yard that had aircraft parts and eventually spoke to Brendan Maillan. There was a large amount of torn up World War Two aircraft peices. I asked if i could buy a couple of interesting peices as a souveneir and I was told that it was all owned by someone called H.A.R.S. I thought that World War Two parts from Papua New Guinea and othe Pacific Islands were prtected from scrapping and that if they were to come to Australia they would be left in big enough peices to be restored and displayed here.
