I look forward to getting the video and I will process it ASAP.

As for virus's, you stated you had Nortons. Make sure you have it set up to check your e-mail and periodically have it run Live update to get the latest virus definitions (it's how it \knows to look for new virus's). And basically, if you don't know the sender and it has an attachment, don't open it.
