I think you are misrepresenting "Mischief as being Fact"
Get your facts correct before you go spreading tales.
I am currently working in New Britain (PNG) and closely associated with "the" barge operator you speak of.
What you have stated is totally incorect. The individuals from Melbourne appraoched the barge operator, in company with a PNG National Museum Officer. They had all the appropriate authorisation to export some parts. The barge operator DID NOT state these people were from the Aust. War Memorial. He rang a Mr. White at the AWM to ask if the AWM was aware of their activites - his reply was that they were not aware.
I repeat, Mr. White was not told that these individuals were from the AWM. Perhaps someone should check out YOUR credentials, or perhaps you will stay annomimus as you may face legal action.
