: Hi Tony,

Where would that derelict B-17 in La Paz be located? I visited the airport at El Alto recently, got myself a visitors-pass and was able to roam around the field freely. Saw some airworthy C-46's, an airworthy Convair 240 and some DC-6's. On the dump were several 6's, C-46's and C-47's but not a trace from a B-17. Also a reaonably well preserved T-6 at the entrance to the military side of the base.

Greetings,

Harm-Jan Strating
