Rob, I thought Maine was a state with a high level of education, that's why the poorly written web-page is so bad to read.
In my simple way of looking at things, anyone involved with aviation, and with enough savvy to operate a computer, has to have at least a modicum of education, and thus, the poor grammar and composition, are something I find difficult to understand.
I am an immigrant and a US citizen, and I believe I take more pride in my English than those guys at that web-site do.
In any case, it is not a federal offense or a mortal sin, just a pet peeve of mine.
No harm done, I hope.
