does anybody have any information about this squadron when it was based in Yorkshire during WW2? My father is now 93 and is so proud of his time on the squadron as ground crew, and of his canadian buddies. I am trying to foind out if there is anyone still living in the UK (He lives in Essex and I am in London) who served on 427 (Halifaxes). If anyone knows of any publication which features 427 in uk at that time please let me know.
