The text of the previous message was that an exchange should be done between the newly restored Aussie Walrus and the Seagull V. Quite simply neither of those machine's would fit the RAF museum as well as the machine of Dick's
judging from her operational history. Also the Seagull V is 'seeping' with Australian military history but at Hendon I think she is rather overlooked whilst surrounded by Battle of Britain fighters and bombers. The Heard Island Walrus speaks volumes of Australian endeavour in the Antartic .
Simply put out of all three I would have Dick's machine at Hendon - that doesn't mean she isn't worthy of flying but the fact exists that if you want to represent the British operational service of the Walrus she is the one.
