Thanks Ross - any chance of some pics? As far as i know the lettering on mt labels was transfered with a masseley printer, although this may only be able to be used on metal as it uses heat in the trasfering process.

Pete - got the email from Bob - France indeed!!

Ivorine is (as far as i know) a synthetic product which resembles ivory - often used to label things like stuffed animals in cases and furniture, and for carvings.
