I have been out to the Carp airport a few times, but don't really have a good idea if it is good for displaying parked aircraft. Being a little more remote I am thinking it would be an excellant site for a warbird show.

There doesn't appear to be an Ottawa Air Show website yet. But google has finally revealed a few phone numbers for me to try. Will try to call. I think Olivier wanted me to find out if they would like him to bring his FW.
