Another Corsair steps out on the scene

Rumor has it that the decade long restoration of Gary Kohs' FG-1D will be coming to its conclusion in short order. It will reportedly be attending Oshkosh next month! For anyone who has been following this restoration, this moment been a long time coming. I'm sure Mr. Lane will be happy to finally free up some the hangar space as well :)

This is supposed to be an ultra-original restoration, so those of you who want to witness what Corsairs looked like when they rolled off the Akron assembly line, here's your chance.
