Full circle? I illustrated the feature!
Mustang and T28 but no P-47 if this is the article to which you refer.
In the Jan 1999 issue there is a feature entitled 'Latin Amercan Trio'discussing and illustrating museums in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. There is a P-47 illustrated in Colombia and reference to the P-47 in Peru.
