It's not a Golf Buggy, it's a multi-purpose vehicule made in Japan that can mow the lawan, push snow, blow it, etc... Just attach the required component at either end and voil?!
I'm not authorized to discuss the cause of the broken windshield, but let's say that this thing never came close to anything related to golf and it spent it's entire around aircrafts. Make your own conclusion! ;o)
