I got the following from Andrew Arthy [of the excellent FW-190 Web Page] See: http://fw190.hobbyvista.com

"From my own FW 190 database, I have the following about FW 190 D-9 W.Nr 211028. It served with 14./J.G.26 in February 1945, and had the markings of 'Black 8 + '."
