As far as I know, all the galleries are open (I visited 2 weeks ago), but since the Paris Airshow is about to start, most of the planes on outdoor display have been transfered to the storage area.

The museum is closed on Mondays, and opens its doors from 10am to 6pm. Entrance fee is 7 Euros.
