I don't think the one you refer to is on the US civil register yet (see the following list). I assume that it is in the process of being registered then.

I have also noticed that many of the aircraft at the Classic Fighters Air Show did not display any c/r's. Is this legal in N.Z.? Or are the markings so small they they can't been see on the web?
