I do indeed, and damn fine they are too. :)
I like the idea of making a film of The Shepherd, definately one of those 'hairs on the back of your neck' stories...
...but if I had to pick one subject for Mr Spielberg to pour a few millions into, how about the story of John Cunningham? Pre-war Royal Auxiliary Air Force in Hawker Demons (or was it Hinds?), then Bristol Blenheims before pioneering AI radar in Beaufighters. Switched to Mosquitoes and finished the war as one of (if not THE) the highest scoring night fihter pilots in the RAF, then became test pilot on the Comet, and is thankfully still with us today. A legendary figure if ever there was one. And besides, I know of a Beaufighter 1F which I'd LOVE to see flying... ;)
