Matt, According to a post by Kent here a few weeks ago, they started filling the new building with planes such as the B-36, C-133 and the B-50. The USAF Museum's web site has not been updated for quite some time. They were listing what planes were being moved where but they stopped doing that for some unknown reason. When you go let us know what is happening there!
