You mentioned in a recent email that you prefer to received pictures for the registry as attachments in emails rather than retrieving them from Webshots. You appear to be rather busy (swamped) when it comes to updating and creating registry sections. Do you file naming system you use for filing graphic files that you have in your queue for inclusion in the registry? If so what is it? In the future I can name the files appropriately before sending and save you a little time at least.

How about...
[Type] [s/n] [c/n] [c/r] [initialials and sequential number if multiple views].[extension]
ex: Douglas_A-26_Invader 44-12345 6789 C-ABCD MRH1.jpg
