Tulio, I have been to this airfield a number of times and access has never been a problem. Just report to the International Air Responce admin. office and they'll issue you a pass you have to wear.
AFAIK, there is no classified work going on there, though some of the civilian C-130's might have been involved in some CIA work years ago...
It's reasonable easy to find the place, it's even signposted from the Interstate. Access is via a big dirt road which is also used as one of the airfields two runways.
