I'm with Jim on the dogfight in The Great Waldo Pepper. Just an amazing movie.

Then, there's the scene in the beginning of The Battle Of Bitain where those 2 (Spanish) '109s come ZINGIN' across the fence low enough to blow the grass around with prop-blast. Best 5 seconds on film!
