Yep, and V&V also cited an "incomplete" Henschel 129...of which a photo eventually turned up that showed it to be just the extreme nose. (Albeit, an interesting artifact still...)

Someone should write a book about the early visionary collectors at the start of the Warbird movement--the Ed Maloneys, the Earl Reinerts, the Walt Soplatas, et cetera. It'd be fascinating. Certainly we owe 'em a tip of the hat...
