F-4 Phantom to be dedicated

The Missouri ANG, will dedicate an F-4 Phantom at 2:00 PM on June 07 at the Jefferson Barracks, South St. Louis, MO.
This will be a memorial to Capt. Thomas Daffron (Pinckneyville, IL) and 1st. Lt. Charles Mosley (Warrensburg, MO) who were shot down over VietNam, and had been classified as MIA until recently, when there remains were identified.
I plan to go to Jefferson Barracks within the next couple of days, to see what is already there, since I imagine that the Phantom will be on-site, but not complete.
