After spending the day at the old Walnut Ridge AAF(now civil but basically unchanged since the 40s) in the mid 90s, I was driving south and at a small cropduster strip off a 2-lane road was a derelict TBM. Assume its still there, but don't know for sure. It was bare metal, and no markings whatsoever. Would anybody be able to add any news on this aircraft? It was on its gear and complete, except the turret was missing, which left quite a hole behind the canopy.
bdk: if you are in Hot Springs next week, Walnut Ridge is not too distant (relatively, I guess). If you have studied the RFC disposal at Walnut Ridge, the field is fascinating, at least it was to me.
