I don't think so.
Mr Camm didn't have polyester resin or woven glass cloth to reinforce the flange areas of his canopies where the alloy fairings were attached. I suspect that the 'heating element' is in fact explosive chord to facilitate the passage of one of Mr Martin & Mr Bakers arm chairs! ;-)
Shape totally wrong for a Tempest and its far to recent. This piece of perspex certainly didn't get thrust along by a sleeve valve engine. More likely by one of Mr Whittles thingys.
Sounds like a competition is on though?
