The CIA got one of those, that defected to Honduras from Nicaragua. I know that there are also some being operated with the OPFORces in Nevada and California. So my guess would be, besides the places already mentioned above, the National Training Center. If I correctly recall, there was a company in Orlando, FL operating at least one Hind (not the modified S-55 model) and also the now defunct Executive Outcomes (South Africa) operated these helicopters.
