In the past, I have purchased my copies through Barnes & Noble. I have to see them advertised first in one of the aviation magazines, so I can get the ISBN, and then I go to their help desk, and place an order. Usually it takes a couple of weeks.

I wonder if they have a CD-ROM version too?
