From the southern end of the runway, the C-99 is clearly visible. You can actually climb a small hill, and park in one of the businesses parking spaces there, and can look at the whole runway from basically South-North. I don't know if they would actually allow visits to the C-99, since it is still inside of a military base.

I shot a few pictures of the C-99 in 2001, but the quality is poor, since I was only using a 210mm lens.
