14 Squadron RCAF P-40E colors (colours?)

I'm looking for information on the colors used on the RCAF 14 Squadron's P-40Es. This squadron flew with the USAAF 343rd FG "Aleutian Tigers" during WWII. So far, the best images I've found are here:

But, I need to know the folowing:
1) The spinners were painted what 2 colors?
2) Were the camoflage colors the standard RAF Dark Green/Dark Earth/Sky "S"?
3) What color paint was used for the code letter?
