You can tell that by the landing gears, they have gear doors attached to them, and they retract like the ones on a Hellcat to lay flat into the wing. A Il-2 has rearward retracting gears that go into fairings underneath the wing.
Check this screen shot from Il-2 Sturmovik. It shows a IL-2 3M, and you can see the fairings.
