Pete - I too am a huge fan of the Mosquito, and as I've mentioned before.

I think you're right that Bob Jens' CF-HML will be the first flyer, but I do think that in the long term there will be quite a few restorations with new wood airborne - it's the best route in the long term, in my view.

I'm not sure if Glyn Powell has started on his fuselage for his own aircraft yet, the non flying prototype fuselage is essentially complete, it just needs details completing (they may have been completed since I last heard), before it's shipped to the Windsor Mosquito group in Ontario. I don't know if Glyn's done any other work on his aircraft.

The Windsor group have done the major part of building a new wing - as far as I know the spars are now completed, and I think they've done some/all of the ribs. I'm not sure of that, though. That will be a non flying reproduction B.XX using some original parts from an ex Spartan B.35.
