Just got round to reading the UK Warbird guide in Flypast

April 2003 issue..

A few interesting bits of info...

Firstly..

They do NOT mention the second Buchon that is in the UK.

They also say Bf109 C4E-88 MAY have left the country and list 3 Bf109's with Colchester with Craig C

But they DO mention the ex PoF Me262 in Norfolk.... First time I have seen this in print even if it is quantified by the word 'believed'.

There are 2 IL-2 Shturmovoik with Tempest 2 in Lincs. One to fly and the other to be 'restored for a UK musuem' no prizes for guessing this is the RAF Museum at Hendon
