I'm not totally certain but I think the MKII spit hanging from the ceiling in the museum in Chicago still carries it's original paintwork from it's OTU days as does the Australian War Memorial MKII. There's also a Bf109G-2 in the Finnish AF museum which was recovered from the sea a few years ago which still has it's original paintwork on at least part of the airframe. The fuselage of Kermit's Tempest V still carries the original markings from 1944 but unfortunately that's all that's left of the old girl, here's a link to a piccie:
